DISTRESSING: Each sign is unique. It is impossible to duplicate a sign. The nature of wood (species, grain, knots, and blemishes) can cause stain and paint to look different. We go with the natural tendencies of the wood as the character of the wood lends itself to the distressed vintage look.
How many signatures can your sign hold?
A number of variables go into it, but we estimate the following number of signatures based on the sign's size.
12"x24" : 20-50
24" x 36": 125-200
30" x 30": 150-200+
-Please select a size bigger if you are unsure.
-Please remember this is an estimate, but a lot of families will sign as a couple.
-If you think you will need a larger sign, please contact us and we will make accommodations for you.
Rush Items - Yes, we do rush items upon request. If the rush is minor then we are able to speed up the delivery date most of the time without additional charges. Please send us a conversation before or at the time of purchase so we can let you know if a rush fee applies.
Shipping to a Gift Recipient - We are also able to send gifts directly to the recipient at another address. Simply give us the correct shipping address at the time of purchase and we will even include a gift note per your instructions.
Due to the labor-intensive nature of our personalized products we are not able to offer refunds under any circumstance. After the order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel the transaction otherwise all sales are considered final.
CUSTOM ORDERS: We happily accept custom orders. We do offer mockups on custom signs, however, payment is required before the design process begins. Please proofread mockups as that will be your sign upon approval.
